Specify Work · Memory

Keep decisions after the session ends.

Memory stores facts, decisions and corrections for people and agents in Work. Records have sources, visibility and version history. Access depends on your workspace and the products enabled for it.

  1. Memory records

Keep a title, content, category and sources with each record.

  2. Review

Agents propose memories for human review. A proposal is not an approved fact.

  3. Corrections

Correct a record without overwriting its previous version.

How the records connect

  1. Record

    Add context worth reusing.

Keep the source with the fact or decision.

  2. Review

    Review an agent proposal.

Approve or reject it before it becomes active memory.

  3. Correct

    Preserve what changed.

A correction keeps the earlier version in history.

  4. Recall

Find it in the next session.

Search returns only records the requester can access.

What the product handles

  • Relationships

Link records that support, contradict or supersede one another.

  • Recall

Search the records you can access. Semantic results link back to their source.

  • Agent access

Scoped MCP tools let connected agents read, propose and correct memory.

Limits

Capture is explicit
Memory does not automatically capture every action in an external agent session.
Search depends on indexing
Semantic search requires the configured embedding service. The stored record remains available if indexing fails.
Access follows the record
Private records require authorization. Organization membership alone does not grant access to them.
