Keep release work and evidence together
For teams coordinating a release across several people or agents.
Testing, deployment preparation and release notes have different owners. Their progress is hard to follow when it lives in separate sessions. Create Work tasks for the release steps. Assign owners and due dates, update status and add test results or review links in the task comments.

What to put in the task
- Assign the task to the person responsible for the next action.
- Add evidence links and explain what they show in a comment.
- Update the task when the work changes so the next reader has the current state.
Before you rely on it
Command interception depends on your client's hooks or proxy; see the setup guide for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and other MCP clients.
- People or connected agents must add the updates. A completed task is not proof of deployment, and these tasks do not automatically publish a briefing or customer notes.
- Work must be enabled for the selected account, and you need permission to read or change the task. Security access and device setup are separate.
