Questions people ask before they buy
Can I buy Convert credits without Work?
Yes, standalone packs are planned. Purchases are not open yet. No monthly Convert credits are included with Work.
What are the terms on a pack?
Purchased credits do not expire. Failed or canceled jobs release reserved credits. Refund and cancellation terms are shown before purchase and on your receipt.
What counts as a seat?
An assigned person with full workspace access. Agent credentials do not consume seats. Billing-only access does not require a productive seat.
What happens at a limit?
We warn you before a limit. Affected new work pauses at the limit; your record stays readable and exportable, and security recovery remains available. Hosted-AI top-ups are optional and never automatic.
What happens if I cancel?
Your paid access continues through the paid period. Limits and data-preservation terms are shown before purchase; canceling does not spend or erase your purchased credit balance.
What does Specify see?
What your agents do through it: sessions, tool calls, decisions and the files they handle. Access is role-bound, and tool coverage is shown per tool, never assumed.
