Agent operations, searches in the app, memory indexing and briefing emails share a monthly usage budget. A search an agent runs also counts as an agent operation. On Free, agent operations and searches may pause before the listed counts when that budget or the separate monthly resource cost ceiling is reached. Both reset at the start of the next UTC month; viewing and editing remain available.

A job's credits are held when it starts and charged when its file is saved. Failed or canceled jobs return them. Audio is charged for the characters spoken, and its script is an AI job.

Questions
- What is a credit?
- One credit is $0.01 of value. AI jobs and Convert's server tools spend credits, and Specify shows the price before a job runs.
- What happens when credits run out?
- AI jobs and Convert's server tools wait for a pack or the monthly reset. Included credits don't carry over. Editing and viewing carry on: they are always unlimited.
- How does yearly billing work?
- You pay for twelve months at once at the yearly price. Included AI credits still arrive each month and do not carry over.
- Do agents take a seat?
- No. You pay per person. Agents spend the plan's credits and never count as a seat.
- Why does Org need 10 seats?
- Org will include one SSO connection for a whole company, which the minimum pays for. SSO is planned.
- Do prices include tax?
- Yes. The price shown is the price you pay. A business can add its VAT or GST number at checkout.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Bought credits stay in your balance.
