Command · Terminal

Run specify login. It prints a link and a code. Open the link, enter the code and approve this computer. The device key stays in your Mac's keychain or your Linux Secret Service, and Skills, Devices lists the computers you signed in.

Command · Terminal
specify login

Sync skills and connect agents

specify skills sync installs your approved skills in Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. specify skills setup shows how to connect another agent, and specify mcp install adds the local Specify MCP server to Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. Run specify --help for every command.

Agents can also reach your skills through the hosted Specify MCP server with an agent key.
