Create a typed link between two exact Work, Idea, Memory, or Session endpoints. This never grants access: the caller must be authorized to read both endpoints and write the source endpoint.

Scopes

Reading needs the read scope of each endpoint type: read:work, read:ideas, read:memory or read:agent_sessions. Creating also needs the source's write scope: write:work, write:ideas, curate:memory or write:agent_sessions.
