Read a deterministic, versioned, token-budgeted snapshot of current work and agent activity. The snapshot includes visible typed context links, this agent's recent approval outcomes, memory-proposal outcomes, and human guidance. Context links never grant access: both exact endpoints are reauthorized for this agent on every read. When Life access and explicit signal grants allow it, the snapshot also includes qualitative, source-backed capacity hints derived only from those grant-scoped signals, never an invented numeric score. Pass the previous version to receive a compact unchanged response when nothing has changed.

Returns

A versioned context snapshot, or a compact unchanged response when sinceVersion matches. Optional scopes add sections: read:ideas ideas, read:memory memories, contribute:memory your memory proposals, read:life shared signals, read:reviews the current review, request:approvals your approval requests and read:audit recent audit events. A call returns content[0].text with the JSON result and structuredContent.result with the same value.
