Export your data

Export my data builds a ZIP of your personal account and the private items you own in organizations, with your files. Shared organization content stays with the organization.

1. Choose Export my data. You can leave the page while it builds; it updates on its own.
2. When it is ready, download each part. A large export comes in more than one part.
3. Download within 7 days. After that, start a new export.

Close an organization

Only an owner can close an organization. Type its name to confirm. Everyone loses access at once, and any paid plan stops renewing. Every member gets an email with the date it will be erased, so they can export their own items first.

For 30 days an owner can restore it from Closing organizations, as it was. Its paid plan renews again if the period has not ended. After that it is erased and cannot be recovered.

Delete your account

Deleting your account locks it at once and stops your agent keys. It closes the organizations you own alone; you leave the rest. Unused credits and the rest of a paid period are forfeited.

If you own an organization that has other members, make someone else an owner or close it first.

• For 30 days you can sign in to restore your account or download your data. Agent keys stay revoked after a restore, so create new ones.
• After 30 days your account and personal data are erased for good.
• Erase now skips the wait. It opens 72 hours after we email you and asks you to sign in again.
• If you closed an organization before deleting your account, restore your account first to restore it. Another owner can restore it at any time.
