Briefings
Audio briefings from your work and memory, on a schedule or when you ask.
Make a briefing
- Choose New briefing and pick its sources.
- Set the audio options, then review the script.
- Confirm the audio.
A briefing you leave partway keeps its place. Open it and choose Continue preparation.
Listen
Your library holds every briefing. Play one there and keep listening while you move around Specify.
Get briefings on your schedule
- Schedules choose what gets briefed and when.
- Podcast feed lets you listen in your podcast app.
- Email delivery sends briefings to your inbox.
Each run rechecks source access and available budget. Saving a cadence does not start generation or spend credits.
Pause affects future runs only. Stopping playback, clearing a queue and cancelling a paid run are separate actions.
Know what leaves Specify
Writing the script sends the text of the sources you pick to OpenAI. OpenAI does not train on it and by default keeps requests in its abuse monitoring logs for up to 30 days, longer when the law or abuse prevention requires it.
Making the audio sends the script and your voice choice to ElevenLabs. ElevenLabs keeps the script and the audio under its standard retention.
