get_context
Read a deterministic, versioned, token-budgeted snapshot of current work and agent activity. The snapshot includes visible typed context links, this agent's recent approval outcomes, memory-proposal outcomes, and human guidance. Context links never grant access: both exact endpoints are reauthorized for this agent on every read. When Life access and explicit signal grants allow it, the snapshot also includes qualitative, source-backed capacity hints derived only from those grant-scoped signals, never an invented numeric score. Pass the previous version to receive a compact unchanged response when nothing has changed.
