Saves new wording, scope, kind or examples as a new version of a rule. Send the version you read as expectedVersion. Send confirmedByPerson: true only after the person said yes to this change in your conversation; Specify refuses the write without it. Pass the same changeSet on every write of one cleanup so History undoes them in one step.
