Find people and agents in this workspace by name, to assign work to them: pass part of a name as query, or leave it out to list everyone. Put a result's actorId in task_update assignee, task_list assignee or a Projects ownerActorId. Lists active members and agents with an active key only; addresses are never matched or shown. When partial is true, call again with the returned cursor and the same query and kind.
Scopes
read:projects
Only the workspace the key belongs to, with Projects view. A person whose name is not on file is listed as A member, and only when no query is given.

Returns
Each person or agent's actorId, name, kind and whether it is this key's own agent, best match first; whether more may match, and the next cursor. A call returns content[0].text with the JSON result and structuredContent.result with the same value.
