TOOLtools/call

List a task's comment threads, newest first, each with its replies (oldest first), replyCount and resolved state ({ at, by } or null). When partial is true, call again with the same taskId and limit and the returned cursor. A thread whose replies continue has repliesPartial; its next replies come first on the next page with continued true.

Returns
