Change your name or email

Change the name people and agents see, and where your email comes from.

Change your name

  1. Open Profile in Settings.
  2. Edit Name. It saves as you type.

People and agents see this name in every workspace you share.

Your email

Your email is the address you sign in with. It comes from your sign-in provider, so Profile shows it but cannot change it. To ask about using another address, contact support.
