Reports that the item failed. It returns to the queue for another try, or ends as failed with final: true or at the 3rd attempt.

Only items for the person who made the key, in projects the key can read (read:projects for project items). Briefing items are read-only.

Returns
The item, queued again or failed. A call returns content[0].text with the JSON result and structuredContent.result with the same value.
