TOOLtools/call

Lists the items in your person's task queue that you may take (queued), the ones agents hold (claimed), the ones you hold (mine) or ended ones (done). Each row has its kind, title, priority, due time, deadline, projects and holder.

Scopes

read:task_queue

Only items for the person who made the key, in projects the key can read (read:projects for project items). Briefing items are read-only.

Inputs

projectstring: Only items in this project: its name, key or ID
kind"briefing" | "task": Only briefings or only tasks

cursorstring: The cursor from the previous queue_list call

Returns

One page of items, each with its kind, title, priority, times, projects and holder, and the next cursor. A call returns content[0].text with the JSON result and structuredContent.result with the same value.
