The one item to take now: deadlines under an hour first, then by priority, then the soonest due. Returns null and when the next item becomes available when there is none. Does not claim it.

Scopes

read:task_queue

Only items for the person who made the key, in projects the key can read (read:projects for project items). Briefing items are read-only.

Inputs

kind"briefing" | "task": Only briefings or only tasks
projectstring: Only items in this project: its name, key or ID

Returns

The item to take now with its instructions, or null and when the next one becomes available. A call returns content[0].text with the JSON result and structuredContent.result with the same value.

The key has read:task_queue; the tools that take work need claim:task_queue too.
