What your personal account is for, what an organization adds, and how to switch.
Your personal account
Everyone gets a personal account. It is yours alone: an organization you join cannot see into it, and its plan and storage are its own. Free and Pro are plans for a personal account.
Organizations
An organization is an account for a team. It holds the work its members share, has its own members and roles, and has its own plan, Team or Organization. See Pricing.
Create one during setup, or choose Create an organization in the workspace menu.
Switch between them
The workspace picker at the top of the app lists your personal account and each organization you belong to. Choose one to open its Home. Each keeps its own work.
